Louisiana Athletics developed these workouts so you can continue to work from home to reach all of your goals. These workouts are important to the improvement of your tumbling muscles and will focus on the following
- Stability – Having a hard time balancing in the skill
- Body Control – Cannot use the right muscles at the right times
- Range of Motion – Our joints are opening up all the way to allow us to do what we need to do
- Body Awareness – Being upside down and muscles tend to go a little crazy.
